We care about the environment and our local economy, so we:

• use regional and organic products without plastic packaging
• support local farmers, producers, and craftsmen by buying their products and using their services
• use solar energy to produce electricity through our new photovoltaic system
• implement waste separation
• reduce water and electricity consumption by changing towels only on request or when necessary
• avoid plastic by using dispensers with refillable liquid soap/shower shampoo
